Nereid

For this drawing main inspirations were works of world famous artist - Sandro Botticelli and Salvador Dali.
Also I was very inspired by a photo of a Brazilian model- Marina Neri. Her appearance was ideal for a mermaid (nereid), and her hair looked like a surf.

Powaqqatsi

Indian word which means "Life in transformation ". Drawing was inspired by Godfrey Reggio movies "Koyaanisqatsi"
and "Powaqqatsi"

Snakes means the inner energy, Qi
(the circulating life force whose existence is the basis of much Chinese philosophy)
